Section 1

Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

Member Eligibility

Registration & Account Management

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mbi slot platform. Holding multiple accounts under a single individual — whether using different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or IP addresses — is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances and bonuses.

5.1 Rollover Requirements

All claimed bonuses must meet the rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made. The rollover requirement means you must wager the bonus amount (and/or deposit) the specified number of times before submitting a withdrawal request.

5.2 Bonus Abuse

Mbi slot takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities are considered violations and may result in the cancellation of all bonuses and account closure:

• Opening multiple accounts solely to claim the welcome bonus repeatedly.
• Opposing bets placed across multiple accounts.
• Using automated software or bots to play.
• Colluding with other players to exploit promotions.
• Claiming promotions using another person's payment method.

General Game Rules

All games available on the mbi slot platform — including video slots, live casino, and table games such as Baccarat, Roulette, and Dragon Tiger — operate using independently certified Random Number Generators (RNG) or through transparent live dealer systems. mbi slot does not manipulate the outcome of any game.

6.1 Game Results

The outcome of all games on MBI Slot is final. Any dispute regarding a game result must be reported within 72 hours of the game in question taking place. Late reports may not be processed.

6.2 Technical Disruptions

In the event of a technical disruption or internet connection failure during an active game, mbi slot will attempt to restore the game to the most recent state saved on our servers. If restoration is not possible, the affected bets will be voided and the amount refunded to your account balance.

6.3 Prohibited In-Game Conduct

The use of third-party software to assist in gameplay, colluding with dealers or other players unlawfully, or any form of cheating is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action in addition to account closure.

Sports Betting Rules

7.1 Bet Confirmation

A bet is considered valid once you receive the "Bet Confirmed" confirmation on screen. Any unconfirmed bet is not considered a valid bet and is not eligible for winnings.

7.2 Match Results

Official results recognised by the relevant governing body (e.g. FAM for the Malaysia Super League, the Premier League for EPL, BWF for badminton) are used to settle bets. Results upheld after VAR review or tribunal review are accepted as final.

7.3 Postponed or Cancelled Matches

• Matches postponed and resumed within 24 hours of the original start time — all bets remain valid.
• Matches cancelled or not completed within 24 hours — all bets are voided and stakes refunded.
• Matches relocated but completed — bets remain valid unless the venue change materially alters the conditions of the match.

Member Conduct & Responsibilities

As an MBI Slot member, you agree to use the platform in a responsible and respectful manner. The following behaviours are prohibited and may result in disciplinary action, including account closure:

• Attempting unauthorised access to areas of the platform you are not permitted to access.
• Using a VPN or proxy to conceal your actual location in order to circumvent geographical restrictions.

Account Closure & Suspension

Mbi slot reserves the right to suspend or close your account at any time for reasonable cause, including but not limited to:

• Breach of any part of these terms.
• Recommendations or requirements from regulatory bodies.
• Suspected suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to meet identity verification requirements.
• Self-exclusion request by the member.

You may also close your account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid remaining balance in your account will be processed for withdrawal, subject to the required compliance review.

11.1 Inactive Accounts

Accounts showing no activity (login or transactions) for 12 consecutive months will be considered an inactive account. A monthly administrative fee of RM10 will be deducted from the inactive account balance. Once the balance reaches RM0, the account will be closed automatically.

Terms Amendments & Contact Us

MBI Slot reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Members will be notified of material changes via their registered email or in-platform notification at least 7 days before taking effect, except in cases of legal or security emergencies requiring immediate amendment.

Continued use of the MBI Slot platform after the effective date of any amended terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
